Key responsibilities

• Ensure all clients’ needs are met as they navigate through the product.
• Assist customers through all available engagement channels.
• Maintain a flexible and dynamic working schedule.
• Promote the product’s value through a wonderful customer experience.
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the experience.
• Carry out callout exercises to educate clients on existing and new products.
• Conduct callout surveys on customer satisfaction and brand perception.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education.
• Excellent knowledge of Swahili and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support.
• Ability to cope under pressure and work with minimal supervision.
• Genuine interest in helping others and providing exceptional service.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick learning ability.
• Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is advantageous.
