Customer Success Engineer – Implementation & Support

About the role

Ajua is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to deliver implementation and support for its customer experience platform. The role combines on‑site and remote engineering work, ensuring customers receive best‑in‑class service throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide level‑two support for production services deployed at customer sites and centrally managed services.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring tools at customer premises and coordinate with service desk teams.
• Prepare service reports, insights and improvement plans, and lead service‑enhancement initiatives.
• Gather requirements during project discovery, translate them into technical design documents, and produce technical proposals.
• Assist sales calls with technical explanations and deliver the technical components of Ajua’s delivery model.
• Build and maintain engineering support tools to enhance Ajua’s products and services.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in application development.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work in high‑pressure environments and strong interpersonal skills.
