Data Processing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Data Processing Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient handling of large volumes of information across our internal systems. The role involves maintaining data quality, supporting data migrations, and providing clear documentation for remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors and duplicates.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before finalisation.
• Organise digital records, files and documentation.
• Extract, transform and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations and system updates.
• Maintain records of processed information and completed tasks.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports and data summaries as required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Meet productivity, accuracy and deadline targets.
• Communicate data‑related issues and requirements to relevant teams.
