Debt Collector Internship

About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on experience in debt collection within a dynamic finance environment. You will work closely with the collections team to support recovery efforts while developing professional communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via phone and written communication.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update the database regularly.
- Assist the collections team in meeting recovery targets and reporting progress.
- Handle customer queries, clarify payment details, and provide timely follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, persistent, and target‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
