Debt Collector Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in debt collection within a dynamic finance environment. You will work closely with the collections team to support recovery efforts while developing professional communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via phone and written communication.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update the database regularly.
• Assist the collections team in meeting recovery targets and reporting progress.
• Handle customer queries, clarify payment details, and provide timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, persistent, and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
