Digital Sales and Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Sales and Marketing Associate will support KickStart Technologies’ digital marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement across multiple online channels. Working closely with an external digital agency, the associate will monitor campaign performance, manage spend, and ensure timely follow‑up of enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate digital campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms with the agency.
• Review campaign content for brand alignment and accuracy.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and other digital channels, qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
• Track ad spend against budgets, flag under‑performing campaigns and recommend optimisations.
• Implement, test and continuously improve the WhatsApp chatbot, maintaining up‑to‑date product FAQs and responses.
• Maintain accurate lead records from first contact to closure using spreadsheets.
• Prepare regular reports on digital performance and lead conversion, offering practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales or lead management.
• Proven ability to work with external agencies and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
