ECDE Teacher – International School (Pearson Edexcel)

About the role

The International School (Pearson Edexcel) is seeking a dedicated ECDE Teacher to plan and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities for early childhood learners. You will support cognitive, emotional and social development while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities.
• Support learners' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor children's progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
• Promote positive behavior and classroom discipline.
• Participate in school events and professional development activities.
• Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Education (ECDE option preferred).
• Experience with IGCSE curriculum – Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Clean child protection record.
• Excellent curriculum and classroom management knowledge.

Required skills

• ICT (Information and Communication Technology) proficiency.
