About the role
The Field Sales Representative will promote and sell electrical products to retail shops across Nairobi and surrounding areas. You will work independently in the field, building relationships with customers and driving revenue for Powervision Consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach retail electrical shops to present product offerings.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Existing network among retail electrical shops is an advantage.
- Highly energetic, confident, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
