Field Service Engineer 2 – Philadelphia

About the role

The Field Service Engineer 2 provides on‑site technical support for Cynosure’s laser‑based medical aesthetic equipment, ensuring customers receive reliable service and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, test, calibrate and install laser systems and sub‑assemblies at customer sites or service centers.
• Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment, systems and sub‑systems.
• Maintain complete and accurate service records for each intervention.
• Interact with customers, monitor accounts and report potential problems to supervisors.
• Assist senior technicians with complex equipment issues as needed.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in servicing medical or laser equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in the Philadelphia area.
