Field Supervisor I – Drilling Services

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' regional Drilling Services team as a Field Supervisor I. You will lead on‑site well‑site activities, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality drilling solutions for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project leader and mentor for junior field engineers.
• Provide direct instruction, supervision, and technical guidance on day‑to‑day well‑site work.
• Advise external customers and third‑party colleagues on drilling operations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned and ensure compliance with HSE, legal, and company core values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling operations as a DD supervisor.
• Experience with DDx preferred.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization and travel to rig sites, customer facilities, and training events.
