Finance Archive Specialist

About the role

The Finance Archive Specialist is responsible for maintaining an organized, secure, and compliant repository of all financial documentation. This role supports internal audit processes, regulatory reviews, and tax inspections by ensuring that records are readily accessible and properly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Index, archive, and store financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, ledgers, and audit reports in a systematic manner.
• Guarantee compliance with local financial regulations, data protection laws, and corporate retention policies.
• Retrieve and organize requested records promptly for audits, regulatory reviews, and tax inspections.
• Coordinate secure disposal of expired financial documents according to legal and organizational schedules.
• Digitize legacy paper files by scanning, categorizing, and uploading them into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Archival Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in document control, record management, or finance administration.
• Strong understanding of financial record‑keeping standards, compliance regulations, and data confidentiality practices.
• Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and capacity to handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
