Finance Associate

About the role

Apollo Agriculture is seeking a Finance Associate to support core finance functions across treasury, tax, revenue accounting, and reporting for multiple entities. The role involves managing cash flow, ensuring tax compliance, processing procurement requests, and supporting month‑end and year‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support cash‑flow tracking, forecasting and daily cash position monitoring.
• Review and process Procurement Request Forms (PRFs) ensuring accuracy and budget alignment.
• Manage VAT, reverse VAT, withholding tax, and statutory deductions filings across entities.
• Perform revenue calculations, bookings and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Conduct AML checks and supplier due‑diligence, maintaining audit trails.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, preparing schedules and reconciliations.
• Support finance‑related aspects of employee onboarding.

Required profile

• Comfortable working across multiple finance workstreams and managing several processes simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with strong internal control awareness.
• Ability to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Experience or familiarity with treasury, tax compliance, revenue accounting, and month‑end close processes.
