Investment Manager – Realfi

About the role

The Investment Manager – Realfi leads complex credit analysis and underwriting activities across the investment lifecycle. Operating with high autonomy, you will drive detailed credit assessments, support deal structuring, and help improve data‑driven underwriting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the deal structuring team to analyse borrower data, design lending structures, and provide analytical input during negotiations.
• Monitor borrower performance post‑disbursement, identify early‑warning signals, and recommend risk‑mitigation actions.
• Work with data and product teams to define key credit data points, enhance underwriting tools, and standardise analytical outputs.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders in credit, product, data, and operations to ensure alignment of credit processes and present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Provide informal guidance and review to junior analysts, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs.

Required profile

• Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Strategic thinking, decision‑making, and project‑priority management skills.
• Deep understanding of credit risk, underwriting frameworks, and data‑driven analysis.
