About the role
The Fleet Driver will transport goods and support fleet operations within Quickmart’s retail supermarket environment in Nairobi. This on‑site, full‑time, entry‑level position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driving licence and strong customer service and communication abilities. Applicants must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, and will receive on‑the‑job training before starting work.
Key responsibilities
- Transport goods between Quickmart stores and distribution points.
- Assist with day‑to‑day fleet operations, including vehicle checks and loading/unloading.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in customer service and communication.
- Disciplined and able to work effectively within a team.
