About the role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service during a prestigious corporate event in Machakos County. The role involves coordinating the service team, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience, and supporting seamless event execution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage service team.
- Allocate duties and brief staff before service.
- Ensure professional food and beverage service throughout the event.
- Monitor service quality and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Liaise with the event management team to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience supervising hotel, restaurant, catering, or corporate event service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
