Graduate Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Administrator to join our fast‑growing sales team in Nairobi. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in order processing, customer support, and cross‑functional coordination within a leading East African FMCG company.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivery updates, and sales‑related issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary to maintain service quality.
• Liaise between the sales department and other functions such as marketing, finance, and logistics.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and sales agreements.
• Manage material requisitions for meetings or client sampling and oversee office supplies for the sales team.
• Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Document sales processes and administrative workflows for transparency.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (within 12 months) of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
