Head of Revenue & Sales Operations

About the role

The Head of Revenue & Sales Operations will lead Elimutab’s commercial engine, driving revenue growth across tablet sales, smart screens, STEM programs and digital school projects. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales organisation, ensuring CRM discipline, and scaling partnerships throughout Kenya and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sales teams across business units, set targets and conduct weekly performance reviews.
• Drive revenue growth for educational hardware, STEM programs, retail and online channels.
• Oversee CRM usage, lead flow, conversion rates, forecasting and KPI dashboards.
• Manage channel relationships with schools, retailers, distributors and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics and finance to execute strategic growth plans.
• Leverage AI tools, WhatsApp automation, ChatGPT, ManyChat and sales dashboards to improve efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build accountable, results‑driven sales cultures.
• Strong analytical mindset for pipeline audits, forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Comfortable working in an Edtech environment and scaling operations across multiple channels.
