About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Lecturer to join our leading technical college in Nairobi. The successful candidate will deliver both theoretical and practical training in food and beverage production, preparing students for careers in the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver lectures and hands‑on sessions covering food & beverage production, barista techniques and mixology.
- Develop lesson plans, practical demonstrations, assessments and supporting learning materials aligned with KNEC and TVET curricula.
- Assess student performance, provide feedback and mentor learners on professional standards, hygiene and safety.
- Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and incorporate best practices into classroom activities.
Required profile
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Management from a KNEC‑accredited technical college.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in a TVET college.
- Certified TVET trainer status.
