ICT Project Manager

About the role

The ICT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology initiatives that support the company’s manufacturing operations. You will coordinate ERP, SAP, CRM and other enterprise system projects while driving digital transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ICT Project Management Framework and portfolio.
• Create project charters, schedules, scope definitions and monitor performance.
• Coordinate ERP, SAP, CRM and HRIS implementations and enhancements.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, analytics, website, e‑commerce and mobile platform projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and deliverable reviews.
• Gather business requirements, document functional specifications and run solution design workshops.
• Oversee system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go‑live activities.
• Maintain risk registers, track issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop training plans, deliver end‑user training and support change management.
• Prepare regular project status reports, budget tracking and benefits realization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ICT projects in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Proven track record delivering ERP, SAP, CRM or HRIS projects.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation and analytics initiatives.
• Experience coordinating vendors, consultants and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
