ICT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated ICT Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality technical support for our clients' IT infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure reliable network performance in a client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client IT systems, including networking and structured cabling.
• Install, configure, and update computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and guide clients to effective solutions.
• Follow data security and backup procedures to protect client information.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and structured cabling.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
