Integrated Solutions Well Engineer

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer is responsible for all well‑engineering activities throughout a project’s lifecycle, from concept and tendering to execution and close‑out. Working within Baker Hughes’ Integrated Solutions Management System, you will ensure designs meet international standards, customer requirements, and HSE policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare well designs, well plans and detailed operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention and abandonment.
• Support commercial and procurement teams during tender preparation and provide technical input.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop risk registers, contingency plans and cost estimates.
• Monitor daily job progress, track expenditures and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Participate in peer reviews, quality‑assurance activities and customer presentations, including travel as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to HSE policies and a safety‑first culture.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience in tender bid preparation and interfacing with commercial functions.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and cost estimation.
