About the role

Key responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans, including purchase, refinance, and cash‑out transactions.
• Guide borrowers from the initial consultation through to closing, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Manage and convert company‑provided leads while building long‑term client relationships.
• Analyze borrower financial information and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure seamless transactions.
• Consistently meet production and customer‑service targets.

Required profile

• Active NMLS license.
• Proven experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple loan files simultaneously.
