LPG Marketing Implementer – East & Southern Africa

About the role

The leading oil marketing company operating across East and Southern Africa is expanding its regional LPG business and is looking for an LPG Marketing Implementer based in Nairobi. The role will plan, coordinate and support marketing initiatives that drive growth across retail, commercial, industrial and distributor channels throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of local brand standards across all LPG touchpoints and coordinate distributor and dealer signage.
• Coordinate national and regional marketing campaigns, design communication for the clean‑cooking agenda, and manage digital, radio, print, outdoor and below‑the‑line activities.
• Develop trade marketing programmes and promotional toolkits for distributors and dealers, and support dealer activations, roadshows, exhibitions and customer events.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign schedules, supplier and agency relationships, and track budgets against plan.
• Monitor LPG market trends, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyse competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
• Support digital marketing by coordinating LPG‑related content for social media and updating website information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and support marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Experience working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams in a regional context.
• Willingness to travel across East and Southern Africa.

Required skills

• Brand management and implementation of brand standards.
