Manager, Balance Sheet Management

About the role

The Manager, Balance Sheet Management supports the Head of Balance Sheet Management in executing the bank's balance sheet agenda, covering funding, liquidity, asset‑liability management and regulatory governance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain funding and liquidity forecasts, identify gaps and recommend actions to optimise funding mix, tenor, currency and cost.
• Coordinate monthly ALCO processes, prepare executive commentary, track actions and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead the annual ILAAP, recovery and resolution planning, including stress testing, documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain robust control environment, reconcile key reports, drive automation and oversee audit and regulatory findings.

Required profile

• At least seven years of banking experience with exposure to balance sheet management, funding, liquidity, ALM or treasury finance.
• Experience preparing senior‑management, ALCO, board or regulatory submissions and managing cross‑functional deliverables.
• People‑management or team‑leadership experience is preferred.
