About the role
We are looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented Finance Intern to support the finance operations of our fast‑moving, multi‑brand business in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Daily sales reconciliations across platforms, brands and branches
- M‑Pesa, card, cash and bank reconciliations
- Supplier invoice processing and accounts payable support
- Investigating variances, missing payments, refunds and discrepancies
- Supporting month‑end close, stock takes and food‑cost reporting
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in final year – Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- CPA Part I+ or pursuing CPA(K)/ACCA preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Organised, proactive and willing to follow up when something doesn’t reconcile
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
