Manager - Client Services

About the role

The Manager – Client Services will lead brand and agency relationships within Majid Al Futtaim’s retail media ecosystem, driving media revenue and delivering data‑led advertising solutions across digital, in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, overseeing campaign execution and shaping the retail media proposition to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets by promoting retail media products across digital, in‑store and omni‑channel channels.
• Oversee client campaign planning, execution and delivery, providing regular performance reporting.
• Develop and sell tailored media proposals that generate high‑return retail media campaigns.
• Articulate the value of MAF Precision Media’s offerings and pricing to customers.
• Contribute to the evolution of the retail media proposition, shaping new formats and commercial opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, monthly forecast and activity tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and agency partners, understanding their business objectives and identifying collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align campaigns with country strategy and brand KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising, preferably with global or regional accounts.
• Proven success in media sales with a focus on digital display, ideally within retail media.
• Experience selling online advertising, digital media or analytics solutions.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter with strong motivation and a professional presence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
