Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems

About the role

As the Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems you will design, stabilise and scale Peach Cars’ enterprise IT infrastructure, systems and automation landscape. The role moves the company from a fragmented, tool‑heavy environment to a cohesive, reliable, secure and automation‑driven ecosystem while providing strategic leadership and day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IT strategy and roadmap aligned to business growth and scalability.
• Design a coherent enterprise architecture that rationalises and integrates existing tools such as CRM, diallers, productivity suites, internal apps and cloud services.
• Lead end‑to‑end IT infrastructure uptime and reliability across all sites, including internet connectivity, network architecture and remote access.
• Oversee hardware provisioning, lifecycle management and monitoring of CCTV, network devices and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Govern off‑the‑shelf enterprise systems (diallers, CRM, workflow platforms, data storage) to ensure proper configuration, adoption and optimisation.
• Identify high‑impact automation opportunities and lead the design and implementation of low‑code automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Front‑line and Operations teams to ensure systems are fit‑for‑purpose and enable business performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership for enterprise IT.
• Strong track record of delivering day‑to‑day execution of infrastructure, security and internal IT services.
• Experience working closely with product and operations teams in a fast‑growing environment.
