About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Specialist Sales to lead the commercialization of Mastercard Send across the EEMEA region. You will act as a business owner, shaping both long‑term strategy and short‑term execution to expand the Send product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for Mastercard Send, including sales force training and alignment with the regional NPP product team.
- Build and maintain a business development plan for assigned verticals, markets and key customers.
- Collaborate with local and divisional BD teams, Acceptance, Market Development, Digital and Enterprise Partnerships to execute plans and uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, value propositions and top‑management presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
- Evaluate business cases, new models and partnerships to increase SEND’s market footprint and competitiveness.
- Select, monitor and act on KPIs, using insights to create innovative BD approaches.
- Lead market analysis and translate findings into product and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in business development across multiple payment types, technologies and customer segments.
- Proven ability to turn strategies into clear action plans across several markets.
- Successful track record managing P&L and sales objectives for multiple regions.
- Experience managing senior‑level relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; consulting background and financial‑sector knowledge are a plus.
