About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated sales partners to introduce its AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours, allowing you to work independently and earn based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies in your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting its AI‑driven hiring benefits and time‑saving features.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client’s evaluation and adoption process.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help improve the product and partner program.
• Manage your own pipeline and track performance against revenue targets.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within HR or recruiting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
• Ability to operate independently and manage a self‑directed sales pipeline.
