Media Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We are recruiting a Media Campaign Coordinator on behalf of our client to support the smooth delivery of media campaigns. The role involves managing campaign data, coordinating RFP submissions with network partners, and ensuring high standards of vendor and quality control in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input campaign data into platforms such as Salesforce and WOVN.
• Populate media plans, maintain up‑to‑date campaign records and track delivery against targets.
• Support outbound communication with network partners for RFP submissions and organise incoming RFP materials.
• Relay RFP outcomes to partners professionally and conduct brand safety checks across campaigns.
• Identify discrepancies, flag issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain organised records across campaign and business systems and ensure timely vendor communication.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in coordination, media or data operations (internship experience considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the creator economy or podcast industry is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
