About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations, Compliance & Risk Lead to drive operational excellence while ensuring rigorous regulatory adherence across our multi‑site organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated enterprise risk management frameworks, including risk heat maps and mitigation protocols.
- Develop and optimise standard operating procedures to eliminate friction and standardise cross‑departmental workflows.
- Navigate statutory and regulatory requirements such as data protection, AML/KYC and industry‑specific governance codes.
- Lead internal audit programmes, monitor key controls and conduct root‑cause analyses of operational failures.
- Create and maintain business continuity, emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in operations, compliance and risk management.
- Proven ability to align operational excellence with regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
- Strong track record of establishing key risk indicators and fostering a culture of compliance and resilience.
