Operations & Sales Manager – Healthcare Tech

About the role

Hekima builds tech tools for clinics to improve data quality and SHA claims. It is looking for an Operations & Sales Manager who will visit clinics, hospitals and pharmacies across Kenya, demonstrate its products, onboard clinics and support their implementation, while building customer relationships and sharing market feedback. The role also involves coordinating operations in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals and pharmacies across Kenya
• Demo products, onboard clinics and support implementation
• Build customer relationships and share market feedback
• Coordinate operations in Kenya

Required profile

• Background in medicine, pharmacy, public health, or clinic/hospital administration
• Experience in sales in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, able to quickly learn the platform, run product demos and guide clinics through onboarding
• Willing to travel and work independently

What we offer

• USD 500 per month plus approved expenses reimbursed
• 3-month probationary contract, extendable based on performance
• Direct work with the founders and product team
