Outbound Sales Representative (Nairobi)

About the role

Redian Software, in partnership with OOOM Global, is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join its Nairobi office. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cold‑calling and proactive prospecting to generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals that clearly communicate value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain and nurture client accounts throughout the sales process, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline.
