Partnerships, Placement & Growth Coordinator

About the role

The Partnerships, Placement & Growth Coordinator will ensure every ifiX graduate secures a meaningful internship, attachment, or job. You will act as the bridge between students, industry trainers, and employers, driving the institute’s brand presence in Thika, Nairobi and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field placements for all graduates, covering internships, attachments and job absorption.
• Recruit at least one new student each month and manage the enrollment pipeline.
• Develop and maintain employer partnerships, including MOUs and absorption agreements.
• Source industry trainers across sales, marketing, ICT and other sectors.
• Promote the ifiX brand in target markets and expand its reach.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, HR or training coordination.
• Established professional network in relevant industries.
• Comfort with performance‑based compensation.
• Full‑time availability on‑site, based in or near Thika or Nairobi.
• Age between 24 and 38 years.

• Ksh 10,000 monthly retainer plus performance pay across five components.
