About the role

Flowmingo is seeking experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them integrate the solution into their recruitment workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform fits into existing hiring processes and support new users during onboarding.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral, including bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
• Passionate about recommending tools that add value to hiring teams.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR technology.
