Parts Sales Executive – Electric Motorbikes

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Parts Sales Executive to drive the sales of genuine electric motorbike spare parts across Kenya. You will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, achieving revenue targets and delivering excellent after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new dealers, workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to increase market share and coverage.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits and close sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide after‑sales support and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Manage order processing, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in automotive parts sales or related field.
• Mid‑level professional with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of electric motorbike spare parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for customer and sales management.
