Payroll Services Manager

About the role

Entertainment Partners and Central Casting are looking for an experienced Payroll Services Manager to lead a high‑performing payroll team. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for payroll delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client satisfaction across award‑winning film, TV, and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow, capacity planning, and equitable task distribution using data analysis and performance metrics.
• Guarantee accurate, on‑time payroll processing while ensuring proper use of Salesforce and adherence to service level agreements.
• Enforce policies and procedures, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex pay questions, client concerns, and issue resolution.
• Represent Payroll Services in cross‑departmental collaborations and special projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to foster employee growth and morale.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive payroll experience or equivalent expertise.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
