Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

About the role
The Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant will support our Pre‑Litigation Department by helping Case Managers develop and progress client cases, ensuring maximum settlements for injured clients.
Key responsibilities
- Open claims with insurance companies, health‑insurance subrogation departments and medical providers.
- Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with medical providers.
- Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Case Manager Assistant or legal assistant in personal injury.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in a legal field.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation cases.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
