Product Manager - Cards

About the role

The Product Manager – Cards will ensure Airtel Money card products perform consistently across all markets. You will translate the card business strategy into measurable portfolio performance, robust product operations, and clear execution support for market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the group card portfolio view, tracking issuance, activation, spend, volume, dormancy, attrition and contribution margin.
• Maintain card MIS, dashboards and reporting definitions for consistent market reporting.
• Drive product‑operations standards across processing configuration, BINs, issuance, fulfilment, wallets, settlement, reconciliation, disputes and chargebacks.
• Monitor daily operational health, identify root causes of performance or service issues and coordinate fixes with markets, partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate governance, compliance, product reviews, audit closure, network mandates and cross‑market delivery of card changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in cards, payments, product operations or portfolio management, with at least 2 years directly in a card business.
