About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on telecom recruitment to work remotely for a Kenya‑based team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in telecom, fiber optics, utility construction, and related field operations positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and competitor mapping.
- Manage ATS, recruiting pipelines, and candidate trackers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in telecom, fiber deployment, utility contractors, or similar sectors.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage multiple hiring projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
