Production and Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Production and Quality Coordinator will oversee daily ready‑mix concrete operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role bridges the batching plant, laboratory, dispatch, and site teams to deliver consistent, compliant concrete to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ready‑mix concrete production to achieve efficient and timely output.
• Prepare, review, and implement concrete mix designs according to project specifications.
• Monitor raw material quality and finished product conformity with approved mix designs and standards.
• Supervise production and quality personnel, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Track plant performance, production efficiency, waste, and material utilization.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, testing, and mix designs.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with customers and project teams on technical and quality matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a busy ready‑mix concrete environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage concrete mix designs.
• Strong understanding of ready‑mix production and quality‑control processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
