Project Sales Executive

About the role

Kitchens and Beyond Ltd, a leading provider of luxury building materials, is looking for a dynamic Project Sales Executive to accelerate growth. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring successful project delivery for high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new project sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure.
• Prepare customised quotations, negotiate commercial terms and oversee order confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to drive retention and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records, produce performance reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, business development or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Experience in building materials, construction, interior design or architecture is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
