Project Sales Specialist – Field Coordination

About the role

The Project Sales Specialist will support the Engineering Manager by executing day‑to‑day field activities, coordinating logistics, and handling documentation for engineering projects in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Visit engineering customers, contractors, project offices and construction sites on a regular basis.
• Deliver and collect project‑related documents such as invoices, statements, contracts, samples, quotations and product documents.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, loading, dispatch and delivery with the Logistics team and monitor delivery progress.
• Report any delivery delays, challenges or changes to the Engineering Manager and Customer Service Supervisor.
• Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless online and field support.
• Conduct basic site checks, take photographs and videos for project documentation, and provide field feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in field execution, customer coordination and logistics follow‑up.
• Ability to handle documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
