Qualified Insurance Sales Agents (ECOP/COP) – Nairobi

About the role

We are looking for ECOP/COP‑qualified Insurance Sales Agents to join our Nairobi team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage clients, understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that protect their assets and future.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and consult prospective and existing customers on a range of insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits and costs, guiding clients through the selection and acquisition process.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy renewals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including any law‑enforcement related requirements.

Required profile

• ECOP or COP qualification in insurance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in client engagement, relationship building and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with law‑enforcement processes such as criminal investigations and evidence handling is advantageous.
