Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

Verto is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of its financial operations. You will manage the end‑to‑end reconciliation process across multiple banking partners, handling client deposits, withdrawals, conversions, and inter‑product fund transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily reconciliation processes, gathering data, analysing transactions and matching records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, breaks and variances in reconciliations.
• Support the reconciliation framework to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process‑improvement projects aimed at increasing automation and long‑term effectiveness.
• Collaborate with payments, trading and middle‑office teams on cross‑functional initiatives.

• Proactive approach to identifying and preventing reconciliation issues.
