Mid-Level Accountant – Agricultural Sector

About the role
We are seeking a diligent Mid-Level Accountant to join our client operating in the agricultural fresh‑produce sector. The role involves maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting financial decision‑making in line with IFRS and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare LPOs, invoices and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Maintain and reconcile supplier and client accounts.
- Post transactions in the accounting system and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare statutory returns, payments and management accounts.
- Maintain the asset register and manage petty cash.
- Assist auditors by preparing schedules and supporting audit activities.
Required profile
- CPA Part II qualification (mandatory).
- Finance or Accounting degree (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Positive, self‑driven attitude.
