About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive growth in our projects segment. You will build and nurture strategic relationships across the built‑environment ecosystem, ensuring early engagement in new project opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the construction and project value chain.
  • Identify and track new and upcoming project opportunities across Kenya.
  • Position the company’s solutions within relevant projects through early engagement and continuous follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client needs with technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and industry networking activities.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports.
  • Gather market insights to support business growth and competitive positioning.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project‑based sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the construction/project environment in Kenya.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
