Relationship Officer – Nairobi

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join our Nairobi branch. In this role you will promote our financial products, acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients for the bank’s portfolio.
- Market a range of financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process loan applications and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.
Required profile
- KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work within the assigned branch.
