Remote Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Representative to generate sales through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with prospective and existing customers from your own workspace while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase conversion rates.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and call activity against targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive attitude with a focus on results.
• Fluent English for communicating with English‑speaking customers.
