Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression.
• Identify customer needs through attentive listening and product knowledge.
• Provide personalized recommendations and guide customers to purchase.
• Close sales efficiently while ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine smile.
• Confident, personable, and attentive to customer cues.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or hospitality (front office or guest relations).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
